Ingredients
- ½ cup raw macadamia nuts (not soaked)
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
- pinch cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup raw macadamia nuts (not soaked)
- ½ pear or apple (cored)
- pinch salt
- 1 tbsp sprouted wild rice (optional)

Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse apple or pear to desired consistency. Transfer to a small Bowl.
- Pulse macadamia nuts until crumbly. Transfer to bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and adjust to desired sweetness. Top with fresh coconut, bee pollen, or other fruit.
