- 3 Tbsp Becel® Vegan melted
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 English cucumber seeds removed and chopped
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
- salt and fresh pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a food processor, add tofu, Becel® Vegan, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. Mix well. Add the cucumber, oregano, salt and pepper. Blitz until well combined.
- Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve slightly chilled with breads, crackers or veggies.
