- 1 scoop Vega One Nutritional Shake, Vanilla Chai
- 16 oz unsweetened non-dairy milk almond, coconut or hazelnut
- Cinnamon or nutmeg

Instructions
- Heat 16 oz. of non-dairy milk on a stovetop until it is warm to the touch but not boiling. Whisk most of the milk with Vega One in a mug. Optional: use a frother if you have one.
