Tropical Strawberry and Pineapple Smoothie
Sipping on this healthy strawberry and pineapple smoothie will help you feel like you’re relaxing on a wonderful beach getaway.
The power of the P’s – pomegranate, pineapple and papaya – makes this juice a strong choice to fight inflammation. Pomegranates boast powerful phytochemicals, papaya contains papain, and pineapple has bromelain. These agents, along with a blend of vitamins, help reduce inflammation and aid in muscle recovery. Opt to add fresh ginger, which has been shown in studies to relieve arthritis pain and muscle discomfort, and you’ve got a powerhouse drink.
