Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole raw almonds coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup brown rice syrup
- 1/2 tbsp canola oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
- Place chopped nuts in a bowl with remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Spread mixture onto cookie sheet; bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven (it will look like a big cookie) and allow granola to cool for 10 minutes before breaking into chunks.
- Once thoroughly cooled, store power up granola in airtight container in cool dry place for up to three weeks. Can measure 1/4 cup servings into small plastic bags for on-the-go eating.
