Ingredients
- 1/2 cup liquid honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup large-flake rolled oats
- 1 cup pretzel pieces
- 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or dried cherries
- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir peanut butter, honey and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in oats, pretzel pieces, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and chocolate until combined.
- Roll into balls, about 1 inch (2.5 cm) in diameter.
- Place on a waxed-paper-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
