Nutty Pear & Goat Cheese Wraps

- 1/3 cup unsalted almond butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 large 100% whole-grain tortillas
- 1 pear thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup dried apricots chopped
- 1.5 oz soft goat cheese crumbled

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla and honey. Spread an equal amount of this mixture on the wraps.
- Top with pear slices, apricots and goat cheese. Carefully roll up wraps tightly and slice in half.
