Moroccan Sunshine

Mix up a pitcher of this fruity virgin cocktail to refresh the whole family on a summer afternoon. (And if you top some glasses off with a shot of vodka, we won’t tell.)

Instructions
  1. In saucepan, combine orange juice, cinnamon sticks, star anise and sumac. Steep for 5 'minutes on a low boil. Add saffron and let cool.
  2. Strain and pour into cocktail glasses, and serve on the rocks. Garnish with thin slices of pear and ground cinnamon.
