Mmm…Melon Smoothie
Take a break from the summer heat with a refreshing, low-calorie smoothie. This has cantaloupe (a great source of vitamins A and C plus potassium), watermelon and honeydew. It’s sweetened with agave nectar. (Or use honey if desired.)
