Ingredients
- 1 spoonful matcha green tea powder Try a Davids Tea fruit-flavoured matcha.
- 1 each banana frozen and sliced
- 1/2 cup milk You can substitute with a dairy-free alternative.
- 1/2 cup spinach packed
- 1 tsp agave syrup You can substitute maple syrup or honey.
- As desired toppings Layer your favourite ingredients on top. For example, we used coconut flakes, chia seeds,sliced strawberries, hazelnuts and oatmeal.

Instructions
- To create the base of your matcha smothie bowl, add the banana, matcha, milk and spinach to a blender. Blend on high until very smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and tap the bottom of the bowl to settle the smoothie base. Top with chopped nuts, fresh or dried fruit and seeds as desired.
