Mango Smoothie
To make the prep work easier for this delicious smoothie, keep frozen mango chunks on hand. Toss them straight into the blender and then omit the ice.

- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt (regular or Greek)
- 1/2 cup mango chopped
- 1 tsp ground psyllium husk
- 1 packet artificial sweetener (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice

Instructions
- In a blender, combine yogurt, mango, psyllium, sweetener (if using) and ice. Blend on high for one minute or until the desired consistency is reached. Serve cold.
