- 2 Tbsp Dandy Blend
- 1 Tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp Lion's Mane powder
- 1 tincture drop chaga
- 1 tsp ashwagandha
- Pinch cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- raw honey to taste
