Ingredients
- 1 habanero pepper seeds removed and discarded, minced
- 1 jalapeño pepper seeds removed and discarded, minced
- 1 large clove garlic minced
- 4 green onions chopped
- 1 small onion diced
- 1/2 tbsp thyme leaves
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp whole black peppercorns
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cider or red wine vinegar
