Guilt-Free Hot Cocoa Mix
A healthy version of everyone’s favourite cold weather drink.
This sweet treat is an easy-to-assemble gift for friends and neighbours. Keep some on hand to help warm up after a long day out in the cold  weather.

- 2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
- 6 tbsps baking cocoa
- 5 tbsps confectioners' sugar
- 5 tbsps sugar
- Each Serving
- 1/2 cup hot fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup hot water

Instructions
- In a small airtight container, combine the milk powder, cocoa, confectioners' sugar and sugar. Store in a cool dry place for up to 2 months.
- For each serving, place 1/4 cup mix in a mug; stir in hot milk and water until blended.
