Hemp Pesto
Use this hempseed pesto variation anywhere you would use a standard pesto

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive or hemp oil
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pine nuts
- pinch salt
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 cup basil leaves packed

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Process until creamy but still grainy, about 1 minute. Add a little more oil if necessary to improve consistency and ease blending.
