Ham and Goat Cheese Clafoutis

Ingredients
- 250 g ham cut in cubes
- 250 g goat cheese
- 24 cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 500 g grated Zucchini
- 4 minced green onions
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
- Clafoutis
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 3/4 cup 35% cream
- 2 tsp 29 Fevrier maple syrup
- Grated nutmeg salt and a few dash of Tab
- 6 eggs

Instructions
- Brush with butter 1 deep rectangular dish or 8 small ramekins or 1 pie plate.
- Crumble fresh goat’s cheese in bottom and add ham
- Grate the zucchini on a clean cloth and wring the cloth to remove the “water” from the zucchini.
- In a small bowl, add the green onion and basil to the grated zucchini.
- Sprinkle with this mixture.
Clafoutis
- Whisk in a bowl: Eggs, cream, flour and maple syrup, nutmeg, salt and drops of Tabasco.
- Pour delicately over cheese, ham and zucchini mixture.
- Place cherry tomatoes on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F on the top rack for 25 to 35 minutes (depending on the size of the dish).
- Remove the dish from the oven.
- Serve and add arugula.
