Ingredients
- 500 grams boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked
- 5 cups water
- 4 green tea bags
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 stalk lemon grass
- 1 cup frozen shelled edamame
- 1 cup sliced shittake mushrooms
- 1 large carrot sliced into matchsticks
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions
- In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Turn off heat, add tea bags and lemon grass, and steep for 15 minutes.
- Remove solids from broth, bring back to a simmer and add edamame, mushrooms, carrot, salt, chili flakes (if using) and pepper; cook for five minutes.
- Add shredded chicken breast, brown rice and sesame oil; heat two minutes.
