What better way to start your morning than with a green smoothie that won’t leave you feeling rushed out the door.
I am a massive fan of green smoothies over juices. The benefit of a smoothie is that you don’t lose the fibrous content of the vegetable or fruit like you do in a juice — the fibre has multiple benefits to the body and so shouldn’t be left out.

- 100 ml unsweetened almond milk or other nut milk alternatives
- 100 ml water
- 35 g baby spinach
- 1/2 banana frozen
- 20 g vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 ice cubes
