- 1/2 cup yogurt
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2-3 walnut halves
- 6 almonds
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp flaxseed oil
- 1/3 cup oats and mixed grains
- 1 medium banana

Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients in a blender and purée. It should be smooth and creamy, and thick enough to be eaten out of a bowl with a spoon. Modify this recipe to suit your taste by blending in different fruits, grains and nuts.
