Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten- free all-purpose baking flour
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 ripe avocado peeled, cored and mashed
- 1/4 cup flaked filberts or chopped hazelnuts if desired

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix together flours, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, melt butter in microwave for 30 seconds or until soft. Stir cocoa, sugar, honey, eggs, vanilla and avocado into the melted butter. Stir wet mixture into dry mixture and mix well.
- Pour into a greased 9x12-in. baking pan. If using nuts, sprinkle a thin layer on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes.
