- 1/2 almond milk
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp 29 Fevrier maple syrup
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- bananas, strawberries or raspberries to taste

Instructions
- In a Mason jar or small bowl, lightly mix almond milk, chia seeds, peanut butter and maple syrup.
- Add oats and mix again.
- Cover and let sit in fridge for at least 6 hours, but no more than 24h.
- In the morning, add fruit and enjoy!
