- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- Large handful ice

Instructions
- In a blender, combine yogurt, blueberries, vanilla and ice. Blend on high for one minute or until the desired consistency is reached.
