- 2 packs frozen acai
- 1 banana fresh, semi-ripe
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Toppings
- bee pollen
- shredded coconut
- pistachios
- raspberries frozen
- kiwi sliced

Instructions
- Before removing the acai from the package, hit it repeatedly with the blunt side of a knife until the acai has broken up into small pieces. Remove the acai from the package and place it in the blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the blender, cover, and blend on high for 45 seconds (or until smooth). Carefully try not to over blend as it will liquify your smoothie and you'll lose that ice cream consistency.
- Using a spatula pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings. For something a little out of the usual we'd suggest trying bee pollen, pistachios, raspberries, kiwi and shredded coconut.Â
- Eat with a spoon and enjoy!
