Beat Summer Heat With a Hydrating Vegan Berry Chia Pudding
Containing a high-water content and loads of nutrients, chia puddings are a great way to stay hydrated this season.

- 1 1/2 cups frozen berries blueberries, blackberries, raspberries mix
- 2 bananas frozen
- 1-2 scoop(s) Genuine Health Vegan Greens+ O
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tsp honey

Instructions
- To make the chia pudding, add the chia seeds, coconut milk, and honey into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Remove chia pudding and shake again. This time refrigerate for at lease another 45 minutes.
- To make smoothie, add add all remaining ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie on top of chia pudding and enjoy!
