Asparagus Smoked Salmon Pinwheels

- 6 slices bread
- 4 oz light cream cheese
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 6 oz smoked salmon
- 6 thin asparagus spears

Instructions
- Cut crusts off bread, and with a rolling pin, lightly roll each slice to thin out. Mix cream cheese with mayo and spread onto bread. Top each with salmon and 1 asparagus spear placed at edge of bread. Roll up, place in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
