Apple Whiskey Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz your preferred Canadian rye whiskey
- ½ oz amber (Quebec or Ontario) maple syrup
- ¾ oz Calvados (you can use unfiltered apple cider if desired)
- Juice of lemon to balance the sweetness of the syrup
- 3 drops Dillon's Distllers Rhubarb Bitters

Instructions
- Shake gently and pour over crushed ice in a tumbler or serve in a martini glass. Garnish with an apple medallion.
