Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole natural almonds
- 1 1/2 cups fresh flat-leaf parsley chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh chives chopped
- 1/2 tsp fresh thyme chopped
- 1/2 tsp fresh oregano chopped
- 3 tbsp capers chopped
- 1 shallot minced
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (this can be made several hours in advance). Use to top Salmon Skewers or your own favourite dish.
