The Tropical Acai Smoothie Bowl You’ll Want to Eat Every. Damn. Day.
If you love smoothies, and you love bowls, why not have this smoothie bowl for an energy-packed breakfast?
Ingredients
- Smoothie Base
- 1 pack frozen acai
- 1 banana fresh, semi-ripe
- 1 cup mango frozen
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Toppings
- chia seeds
- gluten-free granola
- shredded coconut
- strawberries fresh, sliced
- blueberries
- banana fresh, sliced

Instructions
- Before removing the acai from the package, hit it repeatedly with the blunt side of a knife until the acai has broken up into small pieces. Remove the acai from the package and place it in the blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the blender, cover, and blend on high for 45 seconds (or until smooth). Note: Careful not to over blend as it will liquify your smoothie.
- Using a spatula, pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings: fresh berries, banana slices, toasted coconut, chia seeds and granola.
- Eat with a spoon and enjoy!
