For many women, self-care may seem indulgent or even selfish. But this couldn’t be farther from the truth! In fact, it’s super important to be kind to yourself. Neglecting self-care can have a negative impact on your health and your relationships.

Move Your Body Every Day
Not because you “have to”, but because you feel awesome and energized when you do. Try scheduling your workouts, going for a walk on your lunch break or fitting in a HIIT workout in you living room. Here’s how to get motivated to work out.
Create a Morning Ritual
I know this can sound impossible for many (especially busy moms) but it will change the entire tone of the day. Try getting up 10 minutes earlier to stretch, have your cup of coffee in silence, journal or look through magazines.
Snack Healthy
Poor snack choices suck your energy and prevent you from feeling awesome. Nourish your body with healthy and delicious snacks like trail mix, veggies and hummus or grass-fed jerky.
