In the follow up to her New York Times bestseller, The Body Book, Cameron Diaz has released The Longevity Book as a guide to growing older. In it she offers personal anecdotes and practical tips that women can use to make better-informed choices about their health.
In a recent Instagram post, the actress went makeup-free to promote the release of The Longevity Book. “I’m so excited to continue the conversation because learning that you can age well, will actually help you age better. If you understand how your body works then you can take action to help keep it in the best possible condition so it can carry you through a long and beautiful life,” she wrote.
