White vinegar cleaning solution
Mix it 1:1 with water. “That’s a high ratio, but vinegar is not harmful to you in any way,” explains physician and infection prevention expert Dr. Camille Lemieux.

Bleach cleaning solution
Use 1/2 teaspoon (2 mL) per litre of water, but be cautious. Wear gloves, ensure proper ventilation and never mix with other products (this could create highly dangerous fumes).

Hydrogen peroxide cleaning solution
Buy a three percent solution and use it straight from the bottle. But be cautioned: It can corrode some metals.
