“It’s very hard for me to pinpoint ONE thing, but if you twist my arm, it would have to be an eyelash curler, and the only one I use is Shu Uemura, which I think is the best, an opinion shared by legions of makeup artists. It used to be at Sephora, but now is at Holt Renfrew, and is about $28 (much less on the US shopping website). I keep it protected in the box it comes in so it doesn’t get banged around in my makeup drawer.”
