Avocado Mezcal Cocktail
No Mexican Independence Day fiesta is complete without Mezcal. Blended with avocados, this spirit rises to the occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 avocado from Mexico, halved, pitted and peeled
- ¾ cup white mezcal
- ¾ cup lime juice
- ½ cup light agave nectar
- 1/3 cup Midori
- ¼ cup Cointreau
- 2 cups ice
- Garnish

- In a blender, combine all ingredients; whirl until combined. Add 2 cups (500 mL) of ice and blend until smooth.
