San Francisco native LaKeisha Shurn weighed over 300 pounds – and decided to make a change. She committed to going to gym every day for 100 days – and has inspired us all by making a time-lapse video of her gym visits. Now that’s dedication.

Her video now has over 700,000 views on YouTube – Shurn’s transformation has gone viral.
