Travelling can be exhausting and summer road trips to and from the cottage or visiting family in far off locations can seem like it leaves little time to fit in a workout.
It is important to find just a few minutes of you time to help you feel energized and ready to tackle a long trip. This workout is perfect for just that. It’s fast-paced and intense and only takes a few minutes!
How it works:
This workout consists of six exercises. Do each exercise for 30 seconds and a total of one set. Repeat a second set (after a brief break) if you have time.
