What You Can Expect From Nike’s Pop-Up Shop
We got a sneak peek at the Nike Women BraHaus pop-up shop at Yorkdale Mall before it opened, and you are in for a treat.
The NikeWomen BraHaus
Aren’t pop-up shops the best? They are a special treat, and the NikeWomen BraHaus at Sport Chek Yorkdale pop-up shop in T.O. is no different. Here’s what you can expect.
What you need to know
The Nike Sport Chek BraHaus pop-up is happening from Thursday, July 27 to Sunday, July 30 at Yorkdale Mall.
It’s down the hall from Sport Chek at Yorkdale Mall, not inside the store. Just ask staff at Sport Chek or the mall information desk.
A custom sports bra fitting
Nike’s current sports bra collection includes 30 different bras, with a wide range of design, support and sizes (32A to 38E). At the pop-up you get to touch and try 15 of those. During the fitting, you’ll be asked questions about your physical activity, find out what kind of support you need, get measured, try on different styles and sizes and move around in the sports bra (v.v. important).
Eva Redpath’s favourite sports bras: Indy (light support for regenerative training, like yoga), Zip (medium to high support with a front zip) and Alpha (a high support bra that doesn’t look like the typical high-support bandagy-looking bra). Check out our Facebook Live video on why she picked these three.
Enjoy the extras at the NikeWomen BraHaus
It’s not all about sports bras. And this is where the “special” part comes in.
You can also check out the new yoga collection. The colours are amazing, with lots of hits of millennial pink. My favourite is the Nike Dry Versa sweatshirt. It’s so comfy, and it’s the perfect topper over your tank and sports bra.
You must check out the braid bar. If you’re like me, you can appreciate that cute gym hair isn’t always that simple. So it’s special treat when you get your hair did for a workout. It bumps up your gym selfie to next level. You can also get a temporary airbrush tattoo. And there’s a selfie wall, of course, to document your ’do.
Grab a matcha latte at the coffee bar. Matcha is super healthy, as you know. It’s full of antioxidants, so it’s good for your skin and health.
There’s also a free gift, but we’ll let that one be a surprise.
Download the NTC app. It’s recently been updated with various yoga workouts under the Strength, Endurance and Restorative channels.
