Khloe Kardashian Swears By This Fitness Tool
Khloe’s new fave health gadget vibrates and helps relieve tension.
And Khloe Kardashian’s incredible body transformation is pretty impressive, so we can’t help but take note of fitness tools she’s using.
And the latest health gadget the Keeping Up with the Kardashians celeb is into? It vibrates.
No, it’s not what you’re thinking.
Don’t judge – sex toys can help sexual health. But if you follow Kardashian on social media, you may have noticed that she makes stretching a key part of her workout and that she uses a foam roller (there are so many reasons you need a foam roller in your fitness tool arsenal).
Her foam roller has a twist, though (doesn’t it seem on point that even Kardashian workout tools are extra?). Yes, her foam roller vibrates.
It’s the Hyperice Vyper, and Kardashian shared on her Snapchat that it helps to loosen everything up. She added that she uses a variety of foam rollers, “but that this is the only vibing one,” reports eonline.com.
How does it work?
Well, the roller features grooves and the vibrations and pressure the Hyperice Vyper is what Khloe (and reportedly also Mila Kunis and Lindsay Vonn) is a fan of–as they help to release tension after a tough sweat session and avoid the dreaded muscle pain the day after.
Khloe Kardashian’s other slim secrets
Also, KK watches what she eats (these are her five foods she swears by for her diet) but as we have all seen on her social media, she is a fitness fiend (we loved workout out with Simone De La Rue of Body by Simone, who was one of the trainers on Khloe’s Revenge Body) . And, of course, there is nothing like a new fitness toy to change up your routine a bit.
