Is your bad mood due to PMS?
You may be surprised at the results of a new study about PMS and moodiness

According to a group of Canadian researchers, the monthly moodiness that women sometimes experience may not be related to premenstrual syndrome after all. The researchers (all of whom were women) came to this conclusion after examining 47 studies, and determining that only 15 percent of those studies found an association of negative mood solely with the premenstrual phase. So, to be clear, this study didn’t prove that moodiness isn’t related to PMS’but rather that most studies on the topic have not proven there is a link. More research is needed, but you probably don’t need a study to tell you how you feel around that time of the month.
