Fitness: Supportive running shoes without bulk
I’ve been running regularly this summer in a pair of Nike Free running shoes and love how light they are.
I’ve been running regularly this summer in a pair of Nike Free running shoes and love how light they are. So, when I was asked to try the newest shoe from Nike I was a little skeptical on whether they’d compare to the super-light runners I’ve gotten used to. I was pleasantly surprising, though. The LunarGlide+ 4 running shoes feature a new technology called Flywire, which offers support with minimal weight and bulk. The technology is similar to that which our Oympic athletes recently wore in London. I found that they were not quite as light as the Nike Free running shoes, but much less bulky than a standard running shoe.
Plus, I love the bright accent colour on the white shoe.
