What to Expect at the Vancouver ‘In Goop Health’ Summit

Gwyneth Paltrow’s lifestyle brand is bringing its wellness summit to Canada this October.
Canadians can get goopified this fall as Gwyneth Paltrow’s popular (and often controversial) lifestyle brand brings its wellness summit north of the border. The first international In goop Health summit will be held on October 27th at Stanley Park Pavilion in Vancouver. (A fitting location considering Vancouver’s recent ranking.) Much like previous summits in Los Angeles and New York, the Vancouver In goop Health will be a day-long event with expert panels and workshops that focus on everything from coping with anxiety to changing your relationships to decoding gut health. Goop chief content officer Elise Loehnen will host the summit, with a full lineup of speakers announced shortly. Vancouver wellness businesses will be able to benefit as the summit will an array of healthy food options from local vendors and chefs. (But Gwyneth does admit to occasionally indulging at these fast food locations.) You can also expect to shop new and popular products at the In goop Health retail hall, which will include a wellness pharmacy, an athleisure shop, and a clean beauty apothecary. (Jade roller or egg, anyone?)
