Cute, creative and affordable new sunglasses

I’m a B.C. girl marooned in Ontario, and I get nostalgic for the sights and smells of the West. So when a pair of Pacific Northwest-inspired sunglasses from Aya Accessories showed up in the office, I was quick to snatch them up.

The collection of reading glasses and sunglasses was designed by First Nations artist Corrine Hunt, and incorporate a number of nature-inspired designs. And $2 from the sale of every pair (from $35, available online) is donated to the OneXOne First Nations Nutritious Breakfast Program.

They’re so cute, I almost wish I needed reading glasses, too.
