Popping up on store shelves is Three Farmers camellia oil. It’s derived from the Camelina saliva plant, originally from northern Europe and central Asia, and now grown in Saskatchewan. It is a source of omega fatty acids and vitamin E, and tastes earthy, nutty and somewhat grassy. A high smoke point of 475ºF makes it versatile for cooking. The label even has a code you can use (at threefarmers.ca) to trace its field of origin.

Three Farmers is available in three varieties (Original, Roasted Garlic & Chili and Roasted Onion & Basil) at select grocery stores and boutiques.
