Beauty news: M.A.C. Antonio Lopez Collection

If you didn’t know already, M.A.C Cosmetics is always coming up with exciting and unique make up collections. From old to new Hollywood celebs to fairytales and superhero, inspiration for their collections always has an unexpected dose of fun. They recently launched a limited edition collection inspired by Antonio Lopez, a legend in the realms of fashion illustration. The packaging is literally a piece of art. This collection focuses on three types of palettes: face ($55), eyes ($52) and lips ($33). There are 2 face palettes, 6 eyes palettes and 3 lip palettes in total. In my opinion, all the palettes can be mixed and matched so perfectly between one another. Each of the eye palettes can create a day, a night and a playful look that would go with either of the face palettes. Then to top off the looks, any of the lips palettes can be used to dress up the eyes, from a soft nude, to a classic red or to rocker violet. I paired the Coral Face Palette (pictured above) with the Bronze Eye Palette and topped it off with a vivid bright bluish red from the Red Lip Palette for a glam and polished look. The collection is at M.A.C. until October 10.
