Glaceau VitaminWater, for example, serves up 130 calories and 33 grams of sugar in a 20-ounce bottle. Minute Maid Lemonade offers 250 liquid calories and 68 grams of sugar. A Baskin-Robbins Pomegranate Banana Fruit Blast Smoothie (32 oz) lets you slurp up 1,020 calories and 232 grams of sugar. These are just a few of the revelations from Men’s Health.
