In the October issue of Best Health, Liz Bruckner wrote about the benefits of aromatherapy, and how it can soothe, uplift and even heal. But did you know that many popular beauty products use beneficial scents and essential oils? Here are some of my favourites.
• Avalon Organics Hand & Body Lotion (pictured)
This is a longtime must-have of mine. It moisturizes fast without a greasy feel, and is available in scents including lavender (my favourite), rosemary and peppermint.
• Origins Gloomaway
This range of products (bath bar, body souffle and exfoliating cleanser) is scented with refreshing grapefruit.
• Crabtree & Evelyn Lavender Home Fragrance Spray
Spritz in your bedroom—even on your pillow—to ensure restful sleep.
• Escents Cedarwood Oil
Add to Escents base products (such as their range of hand and body lotions, plus massage oil, body scrub and cleanser) to help combat skin problems such as dandruff and oily skin.
